**Due to the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the United States, many of our delivery times have been delayed. To ensure the safety of our associates and customers alike we have had to make adjustments to our fulfillment, transportation and supply chain. These delays in shipping have mostly affected our customers who opt for Expedited Shipping during checkout. We at 45th & Main have been and remain committed to providing an excellent customer experience and a late shipment does not represent the quality service that we strive for on a daily basis. As such we will no longer be offering an Expedited Shipping option for the remainder of this pandemic. However, our valued customers can rest assured knowing that we will continue to maintain excellence in our customer experience by receiving, fulfilling and shipping all orders in a timely manner.**
45th & Main encourages all customers to read our shipping policy prior to placing an order. Currently we only process and ship orders for our customers located within the US. All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, from 10AM – 6PM EST.
Once your order is successfully submitted, our fulfillment team gets to work making sure your order is packaged and ready to ship within 2-3 business days. Then your package is sent out; placed in the safe and secure hands of the USPS. Once labeled you will receive tracking information via email so you can keep an eye on your item(s) while in transit. From that point your order should be delivered within an additional 3-5 business days.
45th & Main also offers an Expedited Shipping option at checkout on all orders for an additional fee of $15.00. If and order is successfully submitted before 11AM EST (Monday – Friday) our fulfillment team springs into action, packaging and sending out your order for delivery via the USPS that same day. Orders submitted after 11AM EST will be packaged that same day however they will not be sent out for delivery via the USPS until the next business day (Monday – Friday). Once labeled you will receive tracking information via email so you can keep an eye on your item(s) while in transit. From that point your order should be delivered within an additional 2-3 business days.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We as merchants are not liable for any lost, stolen or incorrectly addressed merchandise. Once we ship your items, the USPS is responsible for the shipment. To lower the chances of a lost or stolen package please track your purchase by referring to your shipping confirmation email and using Tracking Number that was provided. If a problem should arise during transit, you should call the USPS (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number for further information. The USPS will look into it and help you locate it as soon as possible.
