If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to issue a STORE CREDIT for the purchased goods (excluding shipping charges) to be processed for an EXCHANGE. To start this process, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We must receive the merchandise back to our facilities within 10 days of the delivery date in order to issue your STORE CREDIT.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A STORE CREDIT
Your purchased item/items must be unused, with tags still attached and in its original condition received. To complete and expedite your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that is always provided with every single transaction to be included with the goods being sent back.
** Special Note: Items that were listed as ON-SALE at the time of purchase are always considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for store credit. All ACCESSORIES purchased will not be eligible for store credit. Please keep these things in mind when making your purchases. **
SHIPPING & HANDLING
The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs including returning/exchanging of goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are returning an order, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
